Increased error rates for Mastercard and Visa 3DS authentications

We have identified an issue outside of our platform resulting in higher error rates for 3DS authentications for Mastercard and Visa for multiple issuers starting around 19:14:40 CET on May 1st 2026.

As a result, users may have experienced degraded performance on POST /3ds authentication requests.

We can confirm that as of 19:27:23 CET on May 1st 2026, the issue seems to have been resolved and all our services are operating normally.

We will continue monitoring system performance and provide a new update if required.
