Monitoring -
Status We can confirm that as of 18:31 CET on Jan 15, 2026, an increased rate of 500 errors being returned by the /charges/clear endpoint. This is affecting Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover networks. We believe this could be an issue with upstream systems outside of Silverflow and we're currently investigating.
Impact This is issue results in intermittent 500 errors to /clear requests.
Next Steps We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide a new update if required or once more information is available. Customers are encouraged to retry their clearing actions using their usual retry logic for network timeouts.
