Increased error rates for Mastercard and Visa 3DS authentications

Resolved - We have identified an issue outside of our platform resulting in higher error rates for 3DS authentications for Mastercard and Visa for multiple issuers starting around 19:14:40 CET on May 1st 2026.

As a result, users may have experienced degraded performance on POST /3ds authentication requests.

We can confirm that as of 19:27:23 CET on May 1st 2026, the issue seems to have been resolved and all our services are operating normally.

We will continue monitoring system performance and provide a new update if required.
