Status
On October 1st, 2025 10:17:00 CET, our Internal Authentication Service started to fail. This caused a
SEV1 Failure of our Charges and Authentication endpoints.
As a result, all /charges, /bep and /3ds requests during this time were failing with HTTP 500 error
responses. All services were recovered by 10:32:30 CET.

Impact
All /charges, /BEP and /3ds requests during this time failed with HTTP 500 error responses.

Resolution & Mitigation
The Internal Authentication Service was rolled back to correct the internal authentication flow
for the affected services.
To mitigate the impact of faulty deployments in the future, we will investigate how to enable a
faster rollback process.

Next Steps
No action required from our customers.
We will continue monitoring system performance and provide a new update if required.
